Father’s Day is on Sunday 16th June so bring your dad along for lunch or dinner in Bisque Brasserie. Just for dad, we have a wide range of local specialist beers and malt whiskies.

August is festival month in Edinburgh and Bisque Brasserie is perfectly located for pre or post theatre dining if you are visiting the Kings Theatre, Churchill Theatre,  Bedlam Theatre or any of the smaller venues in Bruntsfield, Tollcross and Morningside....or even the Military Tattoo at Edinburgh Castle. We’re open all day from breakfast until last orders at 9.30pm.

Hogmanay Dinner

Get together on Hogmanay and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Bisque Brasserie as you wait to welcome in the New Year. Bisque will be busy on Hogmanay therefore reservations are essential so your table can be booked between 5.00pm and 10.00pm.

If you're looking for a high-quality restaurant in Edinburgh, Bisque Brasserie is a hidden gem. Tucked way under the hotel, we offer locally-sourced, gourmet dining with a city centre vibe, but without the (often steep) Edinburgh prices.

Our servers are attentive from the moment you walk in. We pride ourselves on food arriving quickly and there's an imaginative, reasonable choice of lunch and dinner menus. We serve breakfast in the Brasserie and then we're open all day for food until late.

There are plenty of different dining experiences. You might like to dine casually in the bar, or in the brasserie overlooking our garden terrace. In warmer weather, you can even drink and dine on the terrace itself. We're very family-friendly too, and offer a healthy kids menu chosen from the main menu, just in smaller portions (and a smaller price).
