CAMERA OBSCURA &  WORLD OF ILLUSIONS

Date: 29th of March – 26th of April

Location: Camera Obscura & World of Illusions

The place where you question reality with every step you take. Camera Obscura is open all year and always a safe bet for a fun, interesting time. However, at Easter, the place hides more than illusions.

From 29th of March to 26th of April, children and adults alike can enjoy five floors of Easter trail made up of themed decorations, hiding Easter Bunnies, and hundreds of interactive illusions. Be an early bunny and book in advance for a discount!

EDINBURGH SCIENCE FESTIVAL: CREATURES OF THE PLANET

Date: 5th – 20th of April, 11.45 – 12.15 pm

Location: Edinburgh Zoo

While we are on the topic of animals, Edinburgh Zoo cannot go unmentioned. During the Easter Holidays, the zoo participates in the Edinburgh Science Festival, introducing children and adults to the natural behaviours of incredible animals.

The interactive show presents remarkable birds and hides excitement and fun for the entire family. Besides, the show is free for anyone with an Edinburgh Zoo Admission so you don’t need to compromise in which animals you get to visit.

THE ROYAL YACHT BRITANNIA

Date: 5th – 20th of April

Location: The Royal Yacht Britannia

Now, something for the adults! Arguably, The Royal Yacht Britannia is one of the UK’s best attraction that makes you experience what it was like to travel on sea with Queen Elizabeth.

The enormous yacht of five decks allows you to discover the queen and king’s room, dining room, royal deck tearoom, and so on! Every room, every corner hides something exciting, something historic, and, of course, a great story!

But don’t worry, your children won’t be begging you to leave already as the Britannia entertains kids with the Cuddly Corgi Treasure Hunt!

Truly a win-win for adults and children alike!

Are you still not convinced? Don’t worry, there are activities and day-outs of all kind in Edinburgh, which of one will definitely rob your heart!

AND WHILE YOU’RE VISITING, STAY IN THE BRUNTSFIELD TO MAKE THE HOLIDAYS EVEN MORE RELAXING.
